First round was one case and behavioural 45 minutes each - pretty straightforward and case prompt wasn't difficult but it was FULLY interviewee led - no support or prompting from interviewer at all behavioural also had some short case prompts which were quite fun to answer they also offered to set up a feedback call which is amazing

Had to complete two online assessments before the interview. The first round case interview was smooth and enjoyable, but the second behavioural round was disappointing. The interviewer seemed disinterested, checked her phone multiple times, and came across as rude. I walked away feeling disrespected — honestly glad I dodged a bullet. Even though I was glad I didn’t make it to the next round, they did provide me some feedback from the case interview which was useful.
