It took about a week from my initial application to my first phone interview and second video interview. The process was easy: first I had a phone screen and then an in-person interview. However, since I was being interviewed remotely, my interview was done over Google Hangouts. Both interviews were fairly thorough in asking about my previous programming experience and general programming knowledge.

Entrevista
Applied via LinkedIn and I got an email for 30 minute phone interview. There were 2 interviewers and they asked me questions related to Talend and open-source contribution. They asked me few questions related to my past projects and it all went fine. Never heard back from them. I even sent them an email for follow-up. Its really rude when someone puts in efforts and they can't even reply even if its a reject
We have had an overwhelming response, more than 200 applicants, to a job posting for a Jr Developer in April, so our response time has been slower than we desire and clearly slower than this candidate appreciated. We do make an effort to respond to each applicant and candidate throughout our process.
