Went through a month and a half long process for a company that wasn't seriously hiring in the first place. Joke is on me I guess. Level is just yet another tiny, scrappy, boutique legal firm taking themselves way to seriously. The reality is they're a blip on noone's radar that matters. I had to constantly check in to see where I was in the hiring process. There was not one proactive follow-up. Not one. This company will probably soon be bought or fracture like the rest of them.
