I applied through a recruiter and had my CV put forward for the vacancy. The interview was with a Partner of team and HR member. Attend the head office and answered various questions about myself and my past experience, reason for leaving my current firm and what I knew about Lester Aldridge as a firm.

Entrevista
Applied via a recruiter. Lester Aldridge took an immediate interest in my CV and invited me for an interview within a matter of days which I agreed to. Interview consisted of a couple of questions from my CV but mostly consisted of the partners talking about the firm. Overall no technical or competency based questions were asked in order for me to showcase my knowledge, skill and experience. Lester Aldridge's feedback following my interview was however quite positive and they confirmed to the recruiter that they would revert to us once they had finished interviewing all other candidates. 6 weeks have now passed and the recruiter had chased Lester Aldridge multiple times but received no response or an acknowledgment. The recruiter has now advised they assume that Lester Aldridge are not interested in taking things forward and apologised to me on behalf of Lester Aldridge for an unfair and unprofessional experience.
