The interview process was nothing short of crazy. There were so many rounds, it's hard to keep track. The unprofessionalism of the HR department was beyond imagination where they asked so many questions over and over again and even asked PERSONAL questions that I could not and would not get into. Stay away. I wish I read the reviews on here before I applied. I ended up meeting someone who works there and this company is a MISSERY. Architects end up overworked, small salaries and high expectations. The CEO does not communicate directly to staff and from what I know, is very very old school and is set in his ways.
