I contacted Leppo Rents about possible sales opportunities. Being that they are a growing company it was good timing on my part. I received a phone call from the store manager days later where we scheduled an interview. I met with the store manager and sales manager. The interview was fairly easy going, basic interview questions along with a few curve ball questions. The interview lasted roughly 45 minutes. Days later I returned to take a personality test and a mechanical test. My results were the opposite of what they wanted to see and I was not offered the job.
