      I am very satisfied with the whole process. In these uncertain times, the Leoforce Hiring team did a great job. Complete process to one month, which includes Four rounds of interviews and one assignment project. *All rounds are virtual 1) First Round: ( JavaScript + Angular ) * Debugging JavaScript programs and explaining the concepts related to the corresponding program. * Angular Project (Todo Application) live coding. - Currently, I wasn't actively working on JavaScript, I didn't satisfied with my performance. I asked the interviewer about their tech stack. To my surprise, they are working on Flutter. Immediately I informed the interviewer about work experience with Flutter. After 2 weeks 2nd Round of Interview Scheduled. 2) Second Round : ( Flutter ) * Questions related to Stateless and Stateful widgets * State Management: Bloc * Network calls related Questions - Assignment Project (Infinite ScrollView + Internet Sensitive design) 3) Third Round: Engineering Head Round * Questions related to My projects * Most of the Questions are architecture related 4) Fourth Round: HR Discussion * Behavioural Questions and Salary negotiation And Finally... I accepted the offer.

      Overall, the interview process was smooth and well-structured. I was initially contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. The process began with a telephonic screening round, which included a brief discussion about my current project, its scalability, and some fundamental technical questions. This was followed by two technical rounds. The first technical round focused on data structures and algorithms, core concepts of C#, APIs, and database fundamentals. The second technical round was a system design interview, where I was asked to walk through the architecture of one of my recent projects. This round also involved in-depth questions on SQL, including topics like indexing, partitioning, and lock mechanisms for optimization. The final round was a managerial discussion, which covered my past achievements, key contributions to previous projects, and general behavioral questions.
