It was one assessment, one HireVue interview, then a final round. Whole process probably took 6-8 weeks because there is a 3-4 week gap in between the HireVue and final round

The first round is an assessment, and online one way interview. For the assessment it's gauging your personality. For the interview there are 5 questions that they ask. You can redo your answer twice for each question.

The interview was online, it was one way where you had to record yourself. I believe it was 5 questions. They gave you 20 seconds to think of a response and 2 minutes to answer.

Why sales at LASR Tell me about a time you provided excellent customer service
Very relaxed and it was pretty smooth. More of a nice easy conversation. Talk about skills and weaknesses as well as what makes you a good leader. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and it was pretty straight forward.
