Extensive background check that required verification of all past jobs (had to dig up old W4 and tax statements). 7 total interviews (phone and in-person). Phone interviews happened at random times and could catch you off guard (after work-hours). Had 4 in-person interviews in a row on campus, and each one was wildly different. Presented my portfolio in person and online. Process was a bit long in length.
