Called office and asked about potential opportunities as a construction manager. Office put me in touch with the director of construction who asked for an in person interview after submission of resume. Interviewed with them and director of customer care. Was offered job few days later

Pretty easy lots of steps to get to the final interview. Come to final interview in a tie and professional attire. Clean and shaved ready to answer any kind of questions. Some were odd.
Great process and informative. They insured I was aware of expectations and resources. It is a panel interview with senior management and the director. Overall great interview process and would recommend giving Lennar a very hard look.

Lennar responded to the application submission very promptly. Once an interview was scheduled the interview was smooth and started right on time. Interviewer was professional and fair with the questions asked.
