In a room with 10 other applicants, Division President and Sales manager went around the room asking each person a question or 2. Then after a day or two a second call was made to have me come back for a 2nd interview, in which i received an offer. After offer was made I was sent to Los Angeles for 3 days of training.

Phone interview was easy, then in person interview. We were 3 new candidates, they said they have a hire turn over and they are always hiring. Even thought they are looking for new home sales experienced only. Waste of time.

Great first phone interview process, just describes position and sets you up with area managers. The whole process from application to interview very fast it was within a day and tomorrow I have the meeting with two area managers.
