Fairly straight forward, talk with recruiter and then in office round robin interview. (pre-covid) All of the questions were pretty basic and didn't go too in depth. A lot of customer service questions as well, making sure we always put the customer fist.

I had a phone interview. They first described the workplace with me and then proceeded to ask me if I would like to interview in person for the position. I am scheduled to interview in person soon and I will let you know how that goes.

The interview process was great. I applied online, got a email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview , I was invited for the 1:1 interview in Lehi, UT. All the process took about two week.

Entrevista
Very standard, no tricks here. Interviewers were truly interested in learning about you and connected well. I really enjoyed the interview process and they were very fast in responding the same day with the decision. Out of all employers I've been with, LendingClub had the fastest response.
