Interview process was based on 3 steps: 1. Skype interview with HR 2. Technical interview with company engineer 3. Final interview with CTO Process was not very difficult. Also from the very beginning all process was based on the BlueCard program. One bad thing. They offered me a Software Engineer position, but after one year I found, that my real position was JUNIOR Software Engineer.
