The process was clear and well explained, largely matching what is on their careers website! I want to commend Lendable for trying to find the best role for me, and being flexible as I thought through my priorities.
1) Recruiter Screening
Michela explained the role, and answered my questions about the company. She asked about my experience, drilling into some core EM competencies.
2) Hiring Manager Interview
Vahid (VP Engineering) explained the tech team organisation in more detail, then asked questions about my technical, people and delivery experience. This was more a screening stage, rather than deep diving on each area.
3) Technical Experience Interview
James and Stephen (Solution Architects) asked about my experience as an IC, and how I had contributed technically to different projects. Also some questions on technical best practices
I understand there was a final stage focusing on People Management and Delivery, but I withdrew from the process before this stage.
