Short call meeting with HR, then on-site interview about High Level/Design. They all were really nice during the whole process, the HR really prepared me for the on-site meeting and afterwards when I got decline, she explained why did I fail and what to do better next time. The Interviewers were so professional and calm. Really like them.

First Interview: 1.5 Hours at Their Office First 30 Minutes: 1: They provide an overview of the company. 2: You are asked to introduce yourself. 3: Describe a project from your current company. Remaining hour 4: system design question on how to design an autocomplete feature. 5: partly implement the algorithm in python. ======== My Background: I have solved over 600 LeetCode questions, have a strong foundation in competitive programming, and regularly assist experienced engineers with system design preparation. 7+ years of professional experience. I didn't passed the first round despite the fact that all questions was answered correctly + provided solution was well explained HR answer: Lack of chemistry. Not technical reject. My Perspective on the Issue: In my view, they are not seeking top engineers who are passionate about solving problems. Instead, they prioritize finding someone who is inherently a team player. This makes the interview process at this company quite unexpected. It suggests that you can be an average engineer with good communication skills, and that will suffice. Technical skills seem to be of lesser importance.
