Phone interview, interview #1 with Prosuct Manager after passing they provide a home assignment. After passing the home assignment there is a second interview with PM if you pass there is a HR interview and finally CEO interview

Fast, pleasant, interviewer was very friendly, it was a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager, most of the time she explained about the company and the role, and most questions were about what I am looking for, and what are my drivers

In Lemonade we evaluate PMs based on 5 categories (listed the 5), which of those you think are your weak areas?
Interviewed with HR then hiring manager. Hiring manager was on video. Odd interview as we didn't cover any of my actual experience but wanted me to talk more about what I'd change in the insurance industry - specifically around renters and car insurance. Felt less like an interview and more like they were looking for new ideas.
