Got a call to interview. Then met my boss's previous assistant. Then met my boss. It was lightning quick. I was asked my about my experience and skills, sure, but they wanted to know about where I saw myself and what I'm passionate about.
It started with a comprehensive interview with HR. Very laid-back for the most part, but also informative of the company and really allowing you to assess whether you'd be a good fit for the role during the process. They're very open to questions and communicative in terms of the next steps (interview schedule followed hierarchical structure). I interviewed with 3 more people after the initial HR interview, and the process took less than 10 days.
