I was initially excited about working with Legacy Tree and was informed that I was moving forward in the process. However, after submitting a time consuming questionnaire for the second round of interviews, I experienced complete silence for over a month. Eventually, I received an automated rejection email with no feedback. The lack of communication and impersonal rejection was dissapointing a nd felt very unprofessional, especially given the significant time invested and the earlier indication of progress. The lack of respect for applicants' time doesn't reflect well on the company's values.
