Entrevista
Two different interviews with some detailed accounting questions. I appreciated the complexity and deep dive into what the role entails day to day. They did complete a situational work-study which I would imagine helps them find the right candidates.

The interview process with Ledgr typically includes:
Application Review: Your resume is reviewed to see if you're a good fit.
Phone Screen: A recruiter will discuss your background and the role.
Skills Assessment: A practical test may be given, focusing on your technical skills.
Interview with Hiring Manager: Discuss your experience and how you approach tasks.
Team Interview: Assess cultural fit and how you work with others.
Offer and Onboarding: If selected, you'll receive an offer and begin training.
Ledgr values clear communication and a good cultural fit.

Entrevista
There were a total of two interviews. One was with HR just to discuss and see if you would be a good fit for the company. If they think you are a good fit they will then send you a short questioner. No right or wrong answers, just how you would react to situations. Then the final interview where you will have another person join and they will ask question and ask how you would handle different situations. They make you feel very comfortable and you just need to be who you are.
