Firstly, I met HR at a job fair in my school and had some general ideas about the company. After submitting my CV, I had a chance to arrange a company visit and had my first interview with HR there. In the following two months, I had another three telephone interviews with directors. Aroud a month later, I received an email that informed me that I got this offer.
