The interview process was done via telehealth which I felt was very convenient and flexible considering my hectic work schedule. The interview lasted approximately 30-40 minutes. The interviewer was really outgoing. I only had to complete one interview before receiving a job offer.

First the BCBA I would have worked under screened me via phone and it was a very casual conversation. Then I was interviewed by 3 people at once when they were looking for a very specific type of person in a "growing region". The recruiter came in through video call. No one who I would have worked with directly present.
