The interview process with LearnCore consisted of an initial phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with the CEO, Vishal Shah. Following these initial phone interviews, a series of in person interviews took place with the team lead I was looking to join, as well as other members of different teams in the organization. Having people across different teams be part of the interview process was fantastic, as it allowed me to learn more about how the organization works as a whole, how the teams collaborate, what the company culture was like etc.
