Phone call screen by one of the founders. This guy is total "bro company" and could not have cared less about speaking. It was clear from photos of this company that they do not hire anyone older than 24 years old so I wasn't expecting much of an interview process. They use recruiters that do not take into consideration their age and sex criteria.

Entrevista
I recently went through the interview process with LeafLink, and I wanted to share my positive experience. From the first time I spoke with their recruiter, it was clear that LeafLink values communication & transparency at every step.
The recruiter I worked with was knowledgeable about the company, its hiring process, and maintained consistent communication, even during periods when there were no immediate updates. This made a world of difference, as i usually find myself in the dark during other interview experiences. Her regular check-ins ensured that I remained informed which I really appreciated. It's not every day that you speak to a recruiter who goes the extra mile to provide updates & feedback, regardless of the outcome.
The hiring manager & team I interacted with left me equally impressed. Not only did they answer all my questions comprehensively, but they also took the time to provide insights into the exciting upcoming projects that I could have been a part of.
While I did not ultimately receive the job offer, I want to shout out how enjoyable it was to make some new connections throughout this process. As I continue to grow my skills, I am excited about the potential of reapplying in the future. Kudos to LeafLink for setting a high standard and for creating an environment that supports connection and learning, regardless of the outcome.
