Experience was easy at first, spoke to HR for screening. They seemed interested and engaged. 2nd round took 2 weeks to schedule for some reason. I had to remind and email the HR screener about the status of the job. Second round interview was supposed to be on Zoom and the link did not work thus forcing a phone interview. The senior manager seemed disengaged and quick to judge my experience. Third round interview took another 2 weeks, this one went really well I thought. Had a concrete discussion and insight on the role. The third interviewer was not in the role for long so I thought it was good to have a good grasp on the role when presenting myself. Two weeks later emailed the HR screener about my standing and they informed me I did not get the job.
