Pretty low key. They are just trying to find more guys to do installs. I don't think they are very picky. Not sure how I feel about the company and overall culture yet.

Very informative and to the point. Went over all aspects and expectations for the position. Also explained how sales and production are on the same level and not that one was more important than the other.
