Online CV submission along with 2 short-essay questions. The next round involved a 5-question video interview, along with a subsequent face-to-face interview if the former is successful. The whole process was completed within 3 weeks and was therefore extremely efficient compared to other firms.

I applied in late November and got an invitation for a video interview the first week of January. They asked typical motivational questions but also some tricky competency based questions.

Video interview and then in person interview. Then there is a 2nd round after that. Video interview is just motivational questions. 1st round is all about competency questions. Never got further.
