I was approached by Lazada Group for the vacancy in their TechHub on 23rd July, while talking to the HR guy I was asked about my current salary package and expected salary package. Then the process started following a technical test on same day, Skype Interview on 29th July with their senior developers, Skype Interview on 5th August with their CIO as a last stage of the process. After this on 7th of the August after this effort they sent me this message:
"your salary package is higher than our range so that we can't offer you this time for helloPay position"
My only concern is, if your budget does not allow to hire people with more than a certain salary package, you should not proceed with their application after they declare their current salary package.
