- The first call was a personal online interview with HR recruiter. They asked about my work experience. my goals and failures & success stories
- 2nd round Technical interview with Technical Group Manager. During this time, they gave some coding task: implement a function to solve their requirement, sql / database question and query, code review

Entrevista
After you apply for the position you can be asked to take the online test in order to estimate your programming skills. That one is not complicated, the most important thing is to understand how you can think.
After that round if you passed the test, there will be skype/personal interview with 2 senior developers from the company. The interview consists of several question groups:
- Basic programming questions (algorithm implementation, basic coding question, or mysql query that we implement every day)
- Theoretical questions about web-technologies, web-security, databases and OOP
- Some life issue solving questions
It is absolutely ok if the candidate doesn't know the answers to all of our questions. The main concern is to see how you can think and what you can reach in our team.
