Interviewed with senior technical staff as a group, not one on one. The interview panel was compose of highly technical engineers who were involved in the group with which I was interviewing. Interview involved both virtual and onsite.

Entrevista
2 initial phone interviews led to an on site interview. Interview included a tour, a prepared presentation and a half hour of mostly non-technical questions. The key is showing interest in physics. They like to hire anyone with a background or interest in the end product.
