      I had a zoom interview for a temp to perm role a few months ago. Most of the interviewer's questions were straightforward. But then she asked me to rate myself, on a 1 to 10 scale, based on how all my previous employers would think I did at my job. In other words, what number rating would my last bosses give me? And she had me go down each of the jobs on my resume and rate myself for every one. I thought it was an absurd question. I can't read people's minds; if you want to know how my bosses would rate me, ask them yourself. It's also dehumanizing. I'm a person, not a machine, and definitely not a number. She ended the interview shortly after that question; evidently, I didn't give her the answers she wanted to hear. I don't think the interview lasted more than... 10 minutes? A waste of time, both hers and mine. The interview wasn't with a random recruiter, either, but a higher-up/supervisor in the company who should have known better.
