Recuiter called me and send me two link to take the test online. I am quite shock because when I asked the recuiter what is the name of the company she just told me that＂Its a company in US its been around for many years＂ seems like she do not want to mention the company name，when I want to take the test I saw LL solution written there... I heard about the company before and its mostly bad reviews...

taking their time i thought i didnt get selected then after 4 days they emailed me, i dont know it seems ok i guess through the phone call the interviewer was a very nice person

Entrevista
first the phone interview with the recruiter
then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training
CV screening > phone screening > interpreting assessment > training period > pass
Interpreting assessment was the hardest part of he process for me. Make sure you are well-prepared and keep calm.
