I had previously been a freelance designer for the Marketing Dept and I was looking to be hired on full time with benefits. I had been with the company for about 2 years. There were tiers of interviews. First interview was with HR, which was pretty informal, just needed the basic details of who I was. Then I met with a Coordinator whom I would work with the closest. We spent most of the interview getting to understand how we would work together. Then there was a third interview with the Manager and Director of the department, whom asked about my background experience and what I could bring to the table.
