I walked in to Landry's with my resume and asked to see the hiring manager. I was immediately offered a one-on-one interview after filling out an additional sheet of information about myself. After the one-on-one, he said they'd be interested in having another interview with the other manager's present in order to offer me a position. I assumed this would be another day but he actually went back and got the other managers who gave me an impromptu interview right there. I was offered the position immediately and came back the next week for orientation and training.

nice and easy, call the restaurant if you don't hear back from them for a while, they might have just lost your application. took 3 rounds of interviews total, the final one was with the gm - be well-dressed, be on time, smile and use all the magic words and you got it

Entrevista
The process was very straightforward. I applied online and got a call back within a few days. The interview was in person and lasted about 15–20 minutes. They asked basic questions about availability, prior serving or customer service experience, and how I would handle busy shifts or upset customers. The manager was friendly and mostly wanted to see if I had a good attitude and could work well with a team. I got the job offer shortly after.
