2 online interviews over 3 months, with no communication from the HR’s end regarding the process as a whole or expected timelines, apart from scheduling these two calls. For a firm this reputed, it was disappointing that the HR person was neither available nor forthcoming in the event that you need any clarity regarding the role or the way forward.
