It began with a phone interview, followed by two in person interviews. It is pretty typical. First you meet with the head of the department in person, then with one of the daughters of the owner who work in different departments.

This was the worst interview experience of my life. The process is typical, a phone interview and two rounds of in-person interviews. While one of the department heads was very kind, respectful, and helpful, the other was rude, wouldn't give clear answers to questions about the role, and was extremely unprofessional. It was almost as if these two employees were playing "good cop, bad cop" during the interview. I immediately could tell that the work environment was unprofessional and hostile. The department head was blatantly rude which does not reflect well on the company. The office was bland and I'm sure spending each day there would feel like purgatory.
