After the company saw my CV and I expressed interest, interviews started off with a second stage interview with the tech lead for the team I'd be joining, and a developer. The first half was behavioural questions while the latter was technical. The Final round of interviews consisted of 3 parts - a more in depth technical discussion with the Tech Lead again, a systems design interview, and a 'culture fit' style interview with a focus on mentoring and company values.

The interview was thorough but the interviewers make you feel comfortable and it was very much a two way interview to ensure both sides are the right fit. A wide range of areas was discussed between the two interviews but the interviewers were easy to speak to during the interview and makes the company appealing to the person being interviewed and I was impressed with what they are driving and doing at LandTech.
