The recruiters constantly call or mail till they submit your profile to the client. Post submission follow up or updates are not provided. They get too complacent. The level of interest shown in a candidate prior to submission does not exist post submission. Recruiters hardly know to form decent sentences while talking or sending out emails.

Phone call interview first, then in person, then they called and I accepted. I started work 2 weeks after. They were excited and had me training the first day I started!
