So this is a very weird interview I had at Lam. The entire interview process took around 1 week. Around 4 rounds. 1. Online MCQ 2. Technical 3. Managerial 4. On site Client After all these rounds finally had another round where they told me I would be a suitable for a Global Planner role for the USA market. I got to know the roles and responsibilities and agreed to it. Then the infamous act of ghosting started. For the next whole 2 weeks there was no response from the HR. The HR also was way too busy to take up calls or reply to mails and conveyed me the result via SMS.
