I made it to the final selection of their interview process, but having little hands on experience cost me the position. However, their hiring team reached out again when a position opened up. I was put through three computer based interviews, first with the hiring manager, then a few technician leads. They were very kind and easy to talk to, and the interviews were more conversational than technical for this position. They just wanted to see I was interested in the position and the company.
