Applied through LinkedIn. Was swiftly called by HR within 2 weeks for interview. A minimum of two rounds of interview. 3 interviewers consisting of one junior HR, one senior HR and one Engineer. The senior HR was a bit tough on questions and was writing down a lot of stuff while the other two interviewers were asking questions.

During the interview, the hiring manager appeared disengaged and repeatedly scrolled his phone while I was answering questions. This happened several times and came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, the HR manager interrupted me multiple times while I was responding, which made it difficult to properly communicate my answers. Overall, the interview experience felt unwelcoming and poorly conducted. It was disappointing, especially for a company of this reputation, and it raised concerns about the team’s professionalism and workplace culture.
