Quick interview process, 4 rounds total including an initial call with a member of the recruiting team, Director of Inside Sales, Senior Director of Sales and final with the CRO. All great conversations, but be prepared to have questions for each call as they will expect for you to handle the second half of the interview from my experience.

I recently interviewed for an SDR position and wanted to share my experience. The process was structured and transparent, consisting of three main stages:
Initial Screening: The first step was a phone call with HR. It lasted about 30 minutes and covered basic information about my background, why I'm interested in the role, and my understanding of the company's products. The HR representative was friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the conversation.
Skills Assessment: After passing the initial screening, I was given a skills assessment test. This included a mix of situational judgment tests and a few technical questions relevant to the role. It was a bit challenging but fair, focusing on problem-solving skills and sales knowledge.
Panel Interview: The final stage was a panel interview with the hiring manager and two senior SDRs. This was more in-depth, focusing on my previous sales experience, strategies for lead generation, and how I handle rejection and objections. They also gave me a role-play scenario to demonstrate my pitching skills. Everyone was professional and gave constructive feedback.
Overall, the interview process was rigorous but fair, and it gave me a good sense of the company culture and the expectations for the role. I appreciated the clear communication and timely updates at each stage.
