I went through two phone interviews, then received an email stating they wanted to bring me in for an in person interview and plant tour. In total, I spoke with 4 different people in the process of questioning. After that it was like I was ghosted. After 5 days of no response (I was told I would hear from them within the next few days), I reached out to the person who had been coordinating my interviews to see if there was an update or if they had gone with another candidate. Fast forward to 11 days after my plant visit and I still hadn't heard back. It took me googling the person I first had an interview with to find his email online to reach out. He responded mere hours later saying they were going in a different direction. What a waste of time and lack of communication.
