Entrevista
The interviewer was very kind and personable. She made me feel comfortable during my interview. Asked a lot of “what would you do in this scenario” questions. With each response she would tell me it was correct and some responses she would add on to. She gave me advice with the courses I wanted to take. She also gave a little bit of background on the owners and work environment. Interview lasted about 35 minutes.

Applied online & got called for an interview the same day, got invited to come in the next day to do an observation in the classroom. There were a lot of questions but simple to answer.

I applied in person and was called back for an interview about a week and a half later. Got a call two weeks later for the job offer. The interview was very relaxed. Situational questions were asked along with questions about my past experience, availability, etc.

What would you do if you were on the only teacher on the playground with your students, and one your students told you that they need to go inside to use the bathroom?
