They didn't look into what I had truly put on my resume. I was completely qualified and the guy was completely interested until he realized that I was finishing college. At that point he no longer found me capable for the job. He started stating that I didn't qualify and It was very confusing.

You get a standardized phone screening asking you to explain each of the jobs on your resume and some basic skills that might be needed. Then you will get an in person interview 1-2 weeks later that will take an hour. You will be interviewed by 2 separate people using STAR questions each time. You will also get a tour. Nothing crazy, just a routine interview process
