On submission of my resume, I had to take a "test". It was a 60 minute test which included basic equation type assessments and personality assessments. There were more personality type questions than equation type questions. I was surprised to see this requirement to set up a profile and - since I'm new to job hunting - wasn't really prepared.

They asked a lot of "if this situation occurred, how would you handle it" and you were given a couple of different responses to select from.
