Initial screening call and then 30min-1hr interviews with each member of the team (for a total of 5 hours). Each interviewer was a bit different in what they were interested in hearing about. Standard questions about experience and background and opportunity to get to know potential teammates.

Telephonic and face to face which took about 1 or 2 weeks for them to tell the interview results. Also had one more telephonic round to know process knowledge and basics
