Telephone interview - questions included why did you apply for this role, what is your experience, why do you want to work for Covance, views on animal rights group.
Assessment day - This involved various stations such as a calculations round, a round where CV is discussed, STAR interview round and group task

- 15 minute telephone interview (heavily based on questions relating to animal rights)
- Assessment centre (group exercises about finance, written problem solving exercises, panel interview)

Entrevista
Online application involving CV and cover letter. This was followed by a phone call involving questions about knowledge on the company, your views on animal testing (as they use it), if the location and salary is okay etc.
I was then invited to an assessment day. This involved a group discussion activity followed by a small feedback-style presentation. We then had a tour of the site including labs, an onsite lunch and finally an individual interview.
