The first red flag was during the pre-interview process with the recruiter. The schedule on the posting was M-F days. After the phone call with the recruiter to set up an interview date, the schedule was changed from T-Sat. Second was when the interview date was changed twice within a week. This info was sent via email. The third and biggest red flag was the sign-on bonus. If a job has an enticing sign-on bonus, be wary.. Finally for the interview, I arrived 15 min early, and waited an extra 25 min until both interviewers arrived... The interview was short, standard questions about experience and what-if scenarios. The lead up to the interview left a bad experience before even making it to the building. Overall a bad interview.
