Approximately 45 minute discussion. It was an easy interview and a pleasant conversation. While the interview itself was a good experience, the overall process was not. After an in-person interview, it is very rude not to notify candidates that the position was filled and avoiding contact with candidates is even more insulting.

What is your experience with regulatory processes?
Phone screen then in-person interview. Very difficult to follow up and receive a response regarding interview/application process and updates on application status would have been nonexistent had I not reached out to recruiter multiple times. Not a very pleasant experience.
