Interview used the typical STAR process. I was interviewed by three- four middle-aged individuals in similar positions. The company is located on the far East side of Madison, WI.
They used a Behavorial - based STAR interview technique. The predictor of future behavior is past behavior. For example, tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision.
Fast and efficient process. First contacted by talent acquisition and went through a screening call. If selected to move forward, separate interviews were scheduled with the hiring manager and other members on the team.
